Our appliances are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will repair or replace any defective parts, free of charge.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repair or modification, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, we do not cover damages resulting from any acts of nature, such as lightning strikes, floods, or earthquakes.
This warranty does not include:
·Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential use or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use
·Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
· Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage
·Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
· Damages incurred during transportation
·Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
· Any used, previously displayed items
If you believe your appliance is defective and covered by our warranty, please contact our customer support team at [contact information] to initiate a warranty claim. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase, including the date and location of purchase, and a description of the defect. Once your warranty claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the repair or replacement of the appliance.
Repair labor costs and to door service are not included in the warranty policy. The specific maintenance cost depends on the maintenance situation.
We also offer an extended warranty program that can be purchased at the time of appliance purchase or within 30 days of purchase. This extended warranty can provide additional coverage for up to five years and includes parts and labor for repairs or replacements.
This warranty is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have under applicable law. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the appliance. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

CATIVE™ products are manufactured with superior quality standards and workmanship and are backed by our limited lifetime warranty. CATIVE™ products are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. We will replace FREE OF CHARGE* any product or parts that proves defective. Simply email info@cativecanada to submit a warranty claim and request an RMA.
Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original consumer purchaser must be made available for all CATIVE™ warranty claims. Upon delivery thoroughly inspect product prior to installation. Any scratches or surface damage or any other damage found must be reported to CATIVE™ within 5 days of delivery date.
This warranty excludes incidental/inconsequential surface damage or scratches after installation and does not cover instances of negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation, carelessness, accident, hard water or mineral deposits, exposure to corrosive materials, misapplication, damages caused by improper maintenance, alteration of the product, or failure to follow care or installation instructions.
This warranty is intended for residential use only and excludes all industrial, commercial & business usage. Additionally, this warranty does not cover discontinued or display products, whether such items are purchased at discount outlets, unauthorized dealers and /or sold on clearance.
CATIVE™ products are crafted with superior quality standards and workmanship and are engineered to stand the test of time. However, that does not mean the product can be neglected and will need some care and cleaning. It is recommended to use regular soap and hot water along with a non-abrasive cloth or sponge to regularly clean the product. This avoids any nasty build up or deposits which would be tougher to remove. If you feel the use of stronger cleaning solutions or chemicals is necessary always test the cleaning solution or chemical on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire surface. Wipe all surfaces clean and rinse completely with water immediately after applying cleaner. Rinse and dry any overspray that lands on nearby surfaces. DO NOT ALLOW THE CLEANER TO SOAK. Following these simple principles will ensure your CATIVE™ product will remain as lustrous and stunning as the day it was first received. ENJOY!
All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. We will not handle claims from the consumer directly. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
Please read the product installation and use instructions carefully! We reserve the right of final interpretation. We will not compensate for personal injury and property damage caused by improper installation and incorrect use of customers.
You may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
You will need to pay a handling fee of $200 if you use free shipping
We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, Damage caused by incorrect installation or self-transportation， returned more than 15 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by phone or email.
Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
According to Health and Wellness Canada, we do not accept used and installed products.
